Conditions for the return and exchange of security seals, when a product different from what the customer ordered is sent, when a color different from what the customer ordered is sent, or when the seal has been laser-engraved with errors in the logo or name ordered by the customer.
The customer has 30 days after making the purchase to notify us and return the product. After the 30-day period, we will not process returns, exchanges, or refunds. To process a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received, and it must be in its original packaging. The original packaging must be unused and undamaged.
We suggest calling 772-3701684 or Contacting Us info@allsealsus.com to notify us that an item is being returned.
Products that are customized with the customer’s logo or name, products without original boxes, or opened boxes cannot be processed for return. The customer must present their purchase receipt.
Once the product being returned has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. If you want to know the status of your refund, please contact us at info@allsealsus.com.
If you want to replace products that are damaged or defective, they will be replaced with the same item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from that refund.
